Christine Brazeel
Christine Brazeel is an author living with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Since being diagnosed, she's had to learn how to shrink her physical expectations on what she can do. Being exceptionally stubborn and hard-headed, it's a continuous battle for her. Although, having deliberating fatigue and pain each day has helped to bend her pride and enforce the promise made by her husband that it's okay to say "I can't do that" and to ask for help. Even if that help is something as seemingly mundane as carrying a lawn chair for her so she can sit in the sun.
