Elijah Richards is a 24 year old guy who enjoys studying psychology, writing, cats, and cold weather. He has previously worked for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and currently works for an inpatient psychiatric hospital. His biggest inspiration is his grandfather, who encouraged him to always serve others. Elijah hopes to inspire people who struggle with eating disorders and other mental health conditions. He would like people to know that recovery is always possible, even if it does not follow the path that you expected. Elijah firmly believes that no one, regardless of severity, circumstance, or illness, is ever a "lost cause."
