Giuseppina Iacono Lobo is an Associate Professor of English at Loyola University Maryland where she teaches courses on early modern literature and disability studies. Giuseppina lives just outside of Baltimore with her family and rambunctious pup. She can often be found with her head buried in a book, or in the kitchen experimenting with recipes old and new.
